Nice clean rooms at an affordable price.

Great place to stay for a weekend of fun.

Appeared to be a great place but…. I booked a 2 queen standard mobility accessible room with a roll in shower 2 months prior to our stay. We arrive on 10/8 & are given keys to room 323 but when we get in the room it is NOT h/c accessible. Back down to the front desk & tell the employee that we need the room I booked. “Oh that rooms in use”. Ok I know enough about hotel reservations, specifically h/c units so I say “well when I booked that room you are supposed to take it out of the pool of available rooms”. So she puts us in a h/c “suite” back up to 3rd floor we go AGAIN! I wasn’t too happy with all the extra back & forth with my issues. Supposedly we are supposed to get some reduction in the rate but my card was charged & that hasn’t been changed or retracted yet. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Asked for a luggage cart & told us “We have one but don’t know where it is”. She gave us the maids laundry cart to use 🤦‍♀️ Now the room- the tv kept losing signal & flaking out. We could not turn off the annoying closed captioning on the tv either. The remote was filthy. Apparently the room is supposed to have a chair in the corner next to the table but that is missing. I could have used that since the sofa is like sitting on the floor. (Note…people with mobility issues can’t get out of something that low!) The walls are paper thin! Guys in the next room set an alarm at 5 am & I heard it before they did. Then they got up & proceeded to TALK for 45 minutes & I could hear their whole conversation! My review is that this place I’d definitely not up to IHG standards, which is my usual go to. Not sure that we will be staying the second night. Not a good experience.

Great staff, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast, wonderful pool and hot tub.

The place is amazing for a small comunity. I feel Antigo is very fortunate to have them there. .
