Clean large room

The staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, we had an infestation of bed bugs in our room, and were unable to switch rooms door to the property being fully booked. Also hadn’t realized at the time of booking there was no breakfast included.

We had a pretty bad time at this hotel. Half the lights in our room were flickering or out, our deadbolt on our door would not lock, and the swing bar lock was completely broken off so we had no way to secure our room. The blackout curtains on our window were broken and only covered about 60% of the window, we were on the first floor facing the parking lots so anyone who walked by could see in our room. On top of the safety concerns, almost everything was filthy. The only thing that seemed like it has been cleaned was the sheets on the bed. We asked the front desk associate for help, they sent the maintenance worker to our room to help with the issues. The maintenance worker had no supplies to fix any of these issues, and could not offer us any alternatives for safely securing our room. We stayed during a busy graduation weekend so there were no other rooms available to move to. The front desk associate said we would receive money off our room, and they would leave a note for the manager to do so. We checked out and asked the next day about the discount, the daytime front desk worker stated there were no notes or documentations made of our issues, and they would have the manager contact us. We have yet to hear from a manager or any other hotel associates or receive any of our money back. It takes ALOT for me to complain about things like this, but I've been extremely disappointed in my experience at this hotel.

Great staff and clean hotel.

It is really just about the football weekend price we paid. Beds were comfortable and our room was clean. Would have been fine if cheap.

tv was off the wall, hairdryer was partially melted, reception on arrival was underwhelming. No housekeeping and no breakfast.

No breakfast, no maid service, no luggage rack, no shower bar, no suite….. all nothing for over $400!!

The price …. The room for $400+ should have been lavish this was Bates motel
