This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far. We visited New Orleans, but didn’t want to stay the night in the city. I picked this hotel because it was in a secluded area with food and gas nearby. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was awesome.

The location was fine. The breakfast was good. I'd recommend. The pool is on the inside of the hotel, but we didn't use it.

My only complaint is the 5th floor. Avoid it if you can this summer. The room was not as cool as it should have been. I'm a southern girl and I know once heat rises, it takes a while to come down. The temperature was in the 90's this weekend and summer hasn't officially started.
