Lovely staff who speaks English, location, interior is fantastic! Amenities, view from window. Very cozy bed and entire room is very sweet. Canteen is fantastic, it’s like you’re having your breakfast somewhere in Michelin restaurant. A lovely compliment from staff is always waiting you in your room.

Καθαριότητα, ασφάλεια εξαιρετικό πρωινό. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε όλα μετρό ,λεωφορεία και τραμ , με τα πόδια επίσης πολύ κοντά σε φαγητό διασκέδαση και σούπερ μάρκετ .

El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación, a 15’ a pie de lugares de interés como el barrio judío, y la basílica de San Esteban de Hungría. Además, tiene a dos minutos los transportes públicos necesarios para ir a los baños termales, y la conexión con el aeropuerto es estupenda. La habitación era amplia, estaba muy limpia, las camas cómodas. Además, no se escuchaban ruidos. El desayuno era variado y tenían muy buenos productos. Los trabajadores del hotel son muy amables, atentos y respetuosos. Sinceramente, repetiría.

I even don't know where to start with the things that were wrong.. so, I'll tell our story from the beginning on how we changed 3(!) rooms in that hotel, and still cannot recommend it. I booked a room with a double bed for 5 nights ( a bath was listed in the info). When we got the first room - it was twin bed one/ no bath. I asked to change. The second room was with the double bed, no bath but it's ok. However, it was extremely small. Please, don't tell me the room size was listed beforehand. It wasn't 18m2 at all. But we dropped the suitcases and went out, being very upset. When we got back at night, and wanted to open a window, we couldn't - the window was fake/ blocked with no opportunity to open it - by that, no daylight, no fresh air. The next morning we had a breakfast (only 1 time out of 5 nights BTW, as it's not a 4* hotel breakfast, I'm sorry). And I wanted to ask the front desk about their refound policy, as we were ready to change the hotel completely. I paid 700 euros for a room with no day light, fresh air and with no possibly to open a suitcase on a floor because the room was that small. It's ridiculous. The manager offered us a bigger room, with a real window. Ok. We moved to the room number 3. Yes, it was bigger and even had a bath. But 'the window' is the one that goes to the internal hotel part of atrium and it's locked. Also no fresh air. And after 5 nights, I can tell you, I was physically and mentally exhausted from the loud air conditioner that was functioning 24/7. Don't forget the walls were dirty in every room, the mini bar didn't exist, mini cosmetics didn't exist (except 1 mini body location per 2 people). In the bathroom, the socket didn't work, I needed to do my hair without a morrow, the hairdryer was incredibly cheap and unusable. And the towels were incredibly low quality, like it's been 20 years since they whwre made. It's not a 4* hotel at all.
