"My Super Bowl Sunday! "

Booked hotel to enjoy SuperBowl Sunday relaxing and watching the game with my significant other. Check in was flawless but noticed shortly after checking in the hotel did not offer the channel for the game. TV was equipped with Screen mirroring but was not connected to WiFi. Brought this to the attention of front desk and they seems very uninterested and offer very little to no options. Mind it was 1 hour after we checked in. I asked the front desk if there was any chance of refunding due to the lack of help and no solution, they reached out to manager to check and was given a no. Understand the no refund more the I understand the lack of help trying to rectify the situation. I’m not going to completely blast all I found wrong but never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have local channels. Was very frustrated and ended up leaving and getting another hotel right down the road that accommodated all needs (Hilton Garden Inn)

The front desk service was great other hotels should carry this same level of professionalism. Thanks for standing out! Also gave me a few local places to grab some food from which i thought was pretty good. I highly recommend this as a place stay whether you're passing through or just need a night away from the kids

I Travel for work 90% of the year & stay at various different hotel chains in various different states. Candlewood Suites is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at this year, Staff is Awesome, Facility is highly maintained, rooms are immaculate & it’s located in a great central area. Close to the highway and surrounded by various stores & resturants.
