"Beautiful hotel with great staff at the desk with Colleen there."

Colleen was an amazing customer service person to work with. Her courtesy and professionalism is exceptional. She handled a problem with great easeand understanding.

We had ants in our room. Small problem, but an annoyance. The room felt damp.

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was very kind and got me checked in quickly. I had never been in this area before and asked her for dinner suggestions. She recommended Bushmill Tavern. That restaurant was 10/10! Great food and service. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. My family agreed that the beds were comfortable and the little kitchen was prefect.
