Love your hotel, staff was wonderful, rooms were clean , shower had great water pressure, nice hot water .I live miles away I stay I stay here for my retreat. Grounds are Beautiful.

Location was close to highway. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful.

Didn't' like that elevator was not working, and room was assigned to 1st floor.

did not have breakfast. Could not wait to leave this hotel.

This is the second time in the past two years that upon arival my selected room was not avaiable. I ordered a twin queen room and they said all they had available was a king. They provided a role away that was so bad we took the quilt and extra pillow and placed them on the floor and slept on that. They blamed the problem on Booking. com. They said you over booked thier hotel. I explained I never had a problem with booking.com ever.

We had a great stay! We were in town for a baseball tournament. Rooms were spacious and very accommodating. Full refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Free laundry was key!! Kids took advantage of gym and outdoor pool. Staff was very friendly and responsive to the few requests we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Didn’t care for it. I am an IHG member and this was probably my worst experience. The AC panel separated from the wall when I went to touch it. When I reported it to the front desk she said Maintenance isn’t in till 11am the next day, And she would let them know. I was woken up at 8am on a Saturday to maintenance knocking then slightly opening the door but luckily I the safely lock was on. He did come back later and fixed it. The glass in the bathroom was dirty, I tried to take a quick dip in the pool within the permitted (10-8pm) but two men were cleaning it. Latervloasked for late check out and was told I can maybe have 30 mins but that’s it. Cause the room has to be prepared for the next guest.

Love the full kitchen and hotel staff give great customer service. Parking is plentiful and much appreciated by all means.

My stay was great! I was here for six weeks. The staff was wonderful - especially Linda, the manager and Crystal. The rooms were clean and amenities were good.

The hotel itself was is very clean, and the staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are are super clean and the beds are very comfortable so are the pillows. The kitchen is a plus to cook and stores are close by to shop for food to cook which is a plus also they have grills outside by the pool which is awesome. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and have to say this one is top notch would highly recommend staying here

Stayed two nights with my son. Came back to the room Saturday afternoon and could tell the A/C wasn’t cold - just blowing air. Asked the front desk for repairman, but was told he left (it was 5:15pm). Nothing done - no offer of any assistance or compensation. Just “he’s gone for the day.” It was 95 degrees outside and my son had played lacrosse all day. No hotels had rooms within an hour b/c of sports tourneys. We sucked it up and survived - but no chance I ever stay there again. No A/C and absolutely no effort to assist us or even pretend to care is a dealbreaker on multiple levels.
