Bahia Esmeralda Boutique Hotel & Villas

We loved the layout of the place with the plants and the pool. It was very beautiful and relaxing. We had a beautiful king bed and nice sized bathroom. The A/C in the room was lovely during the hot nights. We loved starting the day with the included breakfast. For breakfast, you order from the hotel restaurant's simple but yummy breakfast menu. The staff were helpful.

El agua de la piscina estaba caliente a las 3pm, luego de un viaje largo nos queríamos relajar y refrescarnos en la piscina pero no fue así.

Endroit calme, chambres propres même si pas idéalement aménagées.

La plage proche de l'hôtel n'est pas la plus favorable pour la baignade

Location and the breakfast were great. The staff was sufficient for a nice stay. rooms are decent.

COLD FRICKEN SHOWERS

Their pizza and happy hour specials were amazing. It was great to have breakfast included. They have a generous ice machine. The grounds were well maintained. The parking was plentiful. It was gated at night which was comforting. Our room was clean and comfortable. The patio outside our room was relaxing. The pool towels were soft and beautiful. It was convenient drive to the Liberia airport that is why we stayed there our last night in Costa Rica.

Potrero, the closest beach, was not very desirable. Luckily when we checked in, Teresa, was wonderful and she told us to go to Playa Penca instead which was a bit longer walk or an easy drive as it had plenty of parking. Playa penca was beautiful. The water was refreshing and the shade was lovely. It was especially beautiful at sunset.

Me gusta la tranquilidad que se siente al estar en el hotel. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, limpias y ordenadas. El personal es muy amable, la comida es muy rica. Tiene estacionamiento seguro.

Quel endroit magnifique! Notre appartement était plus grand que ce que j’avais prévu. Tout y était pour être bien et cuisiner un petit quelque chose. Le lit est grand et confortable! Le jardin et la piscine sont accueillants, calmes et invitent à la détente. L’hôtel est hors de zone touristique et ça paraît. On sent qu’on est dans quelque chose de plus authentique que lorsqu’on explore vers le sud. Et mention spéciale aux délicieux petit-déjeuners! :)
