Bathroom needs maintenance

This is our go-to hotel when flying out of St. Louis. As always, our room was clean, well-maintained and a good sleep! And, their airport shuttle is great! Punctual and reliable and great to use! We've stayed here for at least 10 times in the past 4 years yet we never had breakfast here. That changed today. We met Terrance who was like a bright ray of sunshine! Many thanks to everyone at Hilton Garden Inn, Airport. We will see you again soon!

It was fine for what it was

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Pre paid for breakfast when I made the booking with Expedia, but they did not honor it. Made me pay for breakfast because I book thru Expedia.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The room was dirty. The bathtub had black buildup, the mirror frame in the bathroom was cracked and had black mold on it. And perhaps worst of all, some of the bedding (underneath the sheets) had visible dirt and spotting. The staff were friendly but nobody wanted to take accountability for anything. We had to ask multiple people to replenish our coffee cups and k-cup pods on the second day, with each person claiming that they would find the "appropriate person" to take care of it. The only reason to stay at this hotel is if you have a conference or meeting that is taking place there. If convenience isn't your primary reason for being there, I'd stay somewhere else.

I liked the hotel itself and the staff. The area was not walkable and I had to rely on getting delivery for food. I don't remember if the hotel had a restaurant or food available except in the morning for purchase.

Hotel was nice and very clean. For the price, I didn’t love that breakfast wad not included. Also didn’t love that the pool closed at 9pm. It’s great if you need a quick place to stay and you can find an online deal, but included amenities are lacking. Very friendly staff though. Loved that.

The look of the hotel when you come in is great. It’s clean in the lobby and was an easy check in. The rooms looked clean as well with the exception of the bathroom tub that has dirt build up. Everything else was pretty good.
