Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis Airport

I stayed here for one night when passing through St Louis. I found the hotel and my room to be clean and comfortable. I was concerned about the previous reviews indicating car break-ins but there was a security car in the parking lot when I arrived late at night so hopefully that has improved the situation. I had no issues.

Not a great location. Tornado stressed the staff. They did their best.

When we checked in, we were in room 215 that is when I realize I need to ask for another room closer to the elevator for my mom. Connor was able to get us a room on the first floor, which we were very thankful for.

It was amazing the thing I couldn't do was swim because the pool wasn't ready

The hotel was well out of the way of pretty much everything. You had to drive about 10 miles to get food. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. There were several areas that could have been cleaner in the room. There were stains on the mattress cover. Just a little more and deeper cleaning would help a lot. Overall it was a good stay.

Shower was difficult to use. Poor control with water all over the bathroom.

The service was great. Rooms were average. The pool was the only reason we chose this location and it was down.
