Proximity to the airport

Although my error in booking a single room, staff unable to allow me to swap to a double room . The accommodation appeared very quiet and I doubt that it was any where near full capacity . Room and restaurant very cold , no extra bedding available Curtain in room was ripped

Room was clean.

Blind would not go down, curtains stained and had rips. Lights in hallway were working. Requested additional pillow and was told would bring one if they had another one, didn't receive.

Close to airport, clean and comfortable. Suited out needs.

Location to airport was terrific, rooms were clean staff were really friendly and helpful

Taxis don’t like picking up or dropping off there as it’s too close to airport so small fair. They refused to take us and Mantra only has shuttle 7am-11pm so early morning flights difficult for transport. Air conditioning system was horrendously loud all night cycling up and down. Noise from road outside pretty bad and constant.

The shower water ran into the bedroom and wet the carpet .

No reception staff after 11pm to allow me access to my room after my flight was delayed even though I rang this hotel from Perth (once QANTAS advised me my flight was arriving late) to arrange after-hours access. When I did arrive, the front door was locked and the after-hours phone number was unattended, forcing me to find alternative accommodation at 11:30pm on a Friday night. Two other guests on the same flight had the same fate... I was not alone.
