It served its purpose but I thought it would be walking distance from the airport but it’s a short taxi drive and no one wants to take you or pick you up.

Our flight was delayed, so when we arrived the reception was closed. We called the number and was placed on hold for 5 mins, then it was raining and the key safe was in the rain and dark.

Staff were great, Room was clean, pillows were uncomfortable, but other than that - sound proofing was amazing, could not here airport or highway noise.

Uncomfortable pillows - to hard and I got in late so could not ask for softer pillows.

My flight left early in the morning and the shuttle service was not available then. It was a costly endeavour to get an uber to take me the short distance to the airport as there was a minimum charge of $40!

"Mantra was close to the Airport and having the shuttle was terrific! A comfortable stay thank you!"

Meals.

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment, so a few minor room things that would be sorted during the refurbishment process. Other than that, no noise, everything fixable and not off putting for another stay.

Efficient friendly staff especially Holly in the restaurant who was friendly and efficient despite being run off her feet

A little noisy with traffic and jet engine noise… to be expected with proximity to airport
