Friendly staff and clean

The driveway into the hotel could use some work. The breakfast wasn't barely warm at best, had to microwave it to get it hot. Being in facilities maintenance for a school district I notice things in buildings. The drywall on the ceiling in our room needs work. Where the seams were taped and mudded the tape was separating from the drywall. Didn't hurt anything but was very noticeable.
