The pool was closed the room was in need of repairs the location was weird to get to . Not all comfort inn are the same and we should look at them before we book because picture can be deceiving

Location great

The staff was confused my ppl call to speak to someone in room lady said do they have a cell phone I only have a cordless phone can't connect to room my family was really upset you need to train your staff better,when checking in asking for card I already had card on file..

Great breakfast

Everything was okay

I loved the cleanness of the bathroom, I loved the shampoo and conditioner on the wall

I didn’t like that you didn’t supply body wash on the wall like the shampoo and conditioner. And to me the breakfast should have been a little better for the price that we had to pay.

The location was very convenient and clean.

The guests in the room next to ours had a dog that barked quite loudly and often. Not a real good stay when all this is going on. I was not expecting to stay beside a pet friendly room. Or maybe the guest snuck in an unapproved pet.

I like the location

Very early around 5:30 knocking on a door I got up the bed frame was sticking out my leg caught in it it tour into my ankle and while leg with a gash, my leg was bleeding. I had to go down to the front desk. A lady was there at the desk. She sprayed something on my leg and I there was blood on my bed from that and she.

This is in a quiet location. The staff is top flight, in my opinion. Have stayed here a couple of times already, and would stay here again.
