Comfort Inn & Suites High Point - Archdale

Dirty rooms and dirty bedding and furniture , no maid service, had to ask for clean towels more than once and took out own trash. Will never stay here again!

Stay was average with the exception of a hair four between the linens at check in. Usual wear and tear on facility.

I stayed here once before and had a decent stay. This time around, the room wasn’t all that clean. Dirty walls, floors. Staff wasn’t friendly this time either.

Breakfast was good

I think I woke the front desk person up when I arrived. She let me check in at 2 so I can't complain about that, but she was not friendly and did not make eye contact.

A few local and fast food restaurants close by. The bed was fine, but I don't understand why they switched to mini pillows instead of a few standard size pillows. Not very comfortable.

We stay here 1 time a year on our way to the beach. I made the reservation in January & i asked for a first floor room if possible. We didnt get it & when i asked about it ,the receptionist said ...we have workers that get tbe 1st floor. She wasn't the friendliest. I requested it last year also & we got it. Other than that our stay qas fine.

We were excited to have a safe place to stay. However, we have service dogs, and we had a really bad experience during check-in regarding the dogs. I even attempted to explain the law and eventually provided the documentation for the dogs, which is not legally required. We were also informed we were not welcome to breakfast. Once we got to our room, we discovered that the ground floor window did not lock properly and could be opened. Later that evening, around 1:30 AM, the fire alarm sounded for about 20 minutes. The fire department had to come to our room but found no cause for the alarm. Despite this, the staff continued to accuse us of smoking, even though we were asleep after a very long drive. As a result of being abruptly awakened, we could not go back to sleep until around 4:00 AM, and we continued to wake up in a panic for days after the entire ordeal.

Treatment from staff except the next morning they were amazing!

The first room smelled of weed and the comforter was dirty. Switched rooms and the remote had an inch of visible grime build up
