The property is situated in the best possible location for a tourist, it is safe and close to all the high fashion retail outlets. It is a beautiful boutique hotel! My room was lovely for a solo traveller, albeit it being small the height of the ceiling made it feel spacious. The room was very comfortable and catered for all my needs. The private balcony attached to my room was charming. The gym is well equipped for a hotel and is well designed. The service at the restaurant was excellent. The coffee at the hotel is good. A porter named Daniel was of great help and offered exceptional service and communicated very well. There was another porter working late at night, I didn’t get his name but he was always welcoming and smiling despite standing alone in the cold. They had a woman’s vintage pop up shop which sold designer labels at affordable prices, it was lovely.

Unfortunately my room was not well insulated and I did not sleep well for 4 nights. I was woken up at 12:30pm by what sounded like a garbage truck collecting the rubbish. The next night I was woken up by the couple, in what sounded like the room above me, having a fight at 2am. I called reception and thankfully the couple stopped fighting. Another couple switched on their TV at 4am and started having a conversation over the sound of the TV. I loved the room but it was very noisy when you’re trying to sleep. The shower is in the bath and it was a bit challenging getting out of the bath albeit me being quite fit. The aircon in winter only emits hot air so if you’d like your room to cool down, you have to open the balcony doors which I did not mind but it may bother some people.

Cozy small hotel in best possible location. Restaurant is excellent, service is very good.

Bathrooms (weared out), amenities quality, sometimes cleaning service and concierge service - these are the things, that disappointed much, even though personnel is great and tries to help as much as possible. Ah, also elevators need a slight renovation and odouration, smells like a toilet all the time, sorry.
