I felt that everything was quality from my interactions with the staff, too the room and facilities. Even the towel towels were exceptional. They were very thick and absorbent, which most hotels do not even have anymore.

I thought there was one thing, but I can’t remember now so it must’ve been very minor

Again, our Hampton Inn staff in Enfield, CT, took care of us and our laundry. Bob Najaka needed to transfer some heating oil into the apartment's main unit. The guest laundry was not working. Consequently, his work clothes smelled. For the second time, Brock at the front desk helped us by washing those few items. The staff at the Hampton Inn in Enfield, CT, provides amazing customer service.
