Great location, friendly staff and good food

Service is really poor. The rooms have become old with lots of plumbing issues and electricity issues. Staff is really poor with service. It feels like they are wardens of a jail instead of being in hospitality.

The location is good and the rooms are decent.

The service is pathetic. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to horrible plumbing issue. They took 20 mins to send someone to fix an overflowing WC. Every time someone had to watch TV they had to call IT to set it up. We were a group of 14 and everyone fell sick after having dinner at their premium Italian restaurant. Moreover, they refused to add reward points to my Marriott Bonvoy because 1. Although I booked 3 suites, I stayed in only 1 (really, what do you think I should do? Live in all 3) 2. They dug put a page hidden somewhere in their help centre that says if you book through a third party you have non qualifying rate. This blew my mind because it’s not at all mentioned anywhere visible and easy to access. Also, I always use booking.com to book with Marriott and I have always gotten points added at other properties. I showed them past bookings and yet they didn’t trust me and refused to add points. Terribly poor service by Anup and Radha. 3. I went to check in 3 hours before the actual time because I wanted to give them instructions. Please note that I wasn’t asking for an early check in but just extra mattresses for a team activity. They said the request can’t be accommodated because it’s last minute. I mean, you don’t have extra mattresses??? I had to reason with them for 15 mins even to get extra chairs. Don’t know what the issue was? Overall the experience was terrible and not expected from such a big brand
