Bathroom had slight smell of sewer. Unable to connect to WiFi on our floor. A constant roar in our room. Wondering if air/ heat mechanics were located on food above our room. Was terrible. TV station choices were not wonderful.
USEverything! The room was great! Beds and pillows (4 on each bed 🤯) were super comfy! The bathroom was huge! The continental breakfast was amazing!!! Everything you could want! And the kids loved the pool!
The ONLY complaint I have is that the pool was freezing lol

Goofy Hotel-Style hokey TV system and Remote control. When will Hotel chains learn these media control packages that third party providers sell them, are garbage.
Lady at the front desk was amazing when dealing with what the hotels.com app stated with sleeps 5 vs when we got there and it was a small room not really for 5 people. She switched us to a king with a pull out bed and brought us a cot style bed. Give her 5/5 it looked like it needed some things fine tuned like screws tightened in the door lock and cosmetics. However I got it for us to enjoy the pool for few hours and to lay our heads for two days. Would consider staying again.
Front desk staff were helpful, room was clean, continental breakfast was sufficient. It was a pleasant stay and more than adequate for my needs.
