Really nice ,great place to stay ,service is excellent,really good food the buffet is extraordinary I congratulate the restaurant manager.5 stars place.

Good showers, friendly staff, fantastic restaurant, nice pool with pool bar, spacious rooms, well guarded parking area. Overall, a great place and close to Centro Investigationes de Sonora wildlife park.

Facilities were clean and functioned well.

We stayed 5 days. We did not have breakfast or dinner there, we had lunch one time on the last day and was just okay. It was very hot outside and the AC was always working good in our room otherwise we would of have change Hotels. We are trying to comprehend what Hotel doesn't have a nice lounge bar inside for their guests? We have travel a lot to different places & locations and this is our very first time that a Hotel doesn't have a nice bar lounge to sit and relax, also it seems that the staff is not being informed of changes because we asked the receptionist about their lounge bar and she sent us to the second floor of the buffett and there's no bar at all there, a lady upstairs said that they closed the bar years ago. Another person stated that the swimming pool has a bar we headed there and the patio umbrellas were closed, and it was so hot outside, no one was at the small bar and all liquor was exposed to the sun, we felt so uncomfortably awkward like if we were having a bad dream. The staff was friendly, yes, the room clean yes and it was equipped with a nice working AC, that is all. We did our best not to spent more time there and headed to San Carlos and restaurants nearby with comfortable lounge bars inside of their facilities.
