Der freundliche Empfang. Die persönlich Hilfe beim Einparken und das Bemühen, uns den kurzen Aufenthalt im Haus und möglichst viele positive Eindrücke der Stadt Würzburg mitzunehmen.

Ein Hotel direkt in der Innenstadt, um die Ecke der Juliuspromenade. Das Personal war nett und das Zimmer sauber.

Die Vorhänge haben nicht gut abgedunkelt, sodass es im Sommer Abends und Morgens sehr hell im Zimmer ist. Des weiteren konnte man jede Person auf dem Gang hören und sogar die Gespräche des Nachbarzimmers deutlich verstehen. Das ist keine Privatsphäre, die ich in einem Hotel erwarte.

"Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde das Hotel definitiv nochmal buchen."

Sehr gute Lage, Parkhaus in der Nähe und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal war sehr freundlich! Außerdem war es für uns super, dass wir gegen einen Aufpreis von 20€ einen Late-Check-Out buchen konnten, bei dem wir ganz flexibel entscheiden durften, wie lange wir noch im Zimmer bleiben konnten!

Was die Sauberkeit angeht, gab es kleine Mängel wie Spinnweben in den Ecken z.B. über dem Bett oder staubige Ablagen im Bad. Etwas ungewohnt war außerdem die Tür zum Nachbarzimmer, die sich mitten im Raum befand und Geräusche kaum gedämpft hat, sodass man sich gegenseitig recht gut hören konnte😅
