Excellent position, helpful staff on front desk, great breakfast!

Just loved it… one small thing , the pool needs a good scrubbing!

Waterfront location good

Some Check-in staff on arrival quite abrupt. Some restaurant staff required further training - lovely people though. No housekeeping done for my duration!

Location. Clean. Comfortable room.

Loved the location in the water front area near ‘beach’ , restaurants and accessible to the wharf area & city with the free bus/shuttle . Sound proof (90%) windows. We booked an apartment with full kitchen and laundry which was a godsend after 2 weeks of constantly moving from one motel to another. Tv in living room and bedroom. Also loved the little balcony for sea breezes and views.

Tv was not a smart tv unless connected to phone. Wifi could be a little unreliable. Can be noisy on the balcony because of restaurant below so had to close doors if wanted to sleep. Air conditioning was very cold and had to turn off at times , especially at bedtime. Undercover carpark was a long walk away down corridor and elevator but fortunately indoors.

The location was central to the waterfront and within walking distance to the city centre and surrounds. The room was clean and comfortable, also the breakfast was enjoyable.

Unfortunately, my room was right next to the elevator which was noisy, causing interrupted sleep. I thought there could've been complementary water bottles.
