Lemon Tree Vembanad Lake Resort, Kerala

The experience was not at all resort like. It felt like a basic hotel and the service was average. The food took forever and tasted not good at all, wonder why it took 45+ minutes to prepare. The staff was extremely nice but the property in general was below average. There was not much to do at the resort and the spa didn’t have much options either.

ROOMS ARE GOOD AND SPACIOUS

We 3 members had Dinner buffet at resort .,it costed me near to 2500 .Items served is also less compared to price. Food is costly.

Bathrooms are gloomy with dim light and no ventilation.

The property is extremely well located. Needs lot of refurbishment. Can turn out to be a high end one. Please capitalize on this opportunity.

The staff in the morning are professional and friendly. The place looks amazing only in photos.

The pool is closed for renovation for quite a while now, rooms and facilities need repair badly, and they still charge around 6000+INR for standard room per night. The price vs the value that you are getting is way out of proportion. I checked in late, and the staff in the reception seems trying his best but not trained enough, I hope I am not the first to check in at night time.

It was very expensive and the property was very old not maintained and service was too bizarre Food was also very bad We literally paid 24k for 3 rooms and tbh honest this property is thug
