As soon as we walked in- it was clean, it smelled clean, the staff was on point and very friendly. The room was clean and bathroom was immaculate- you don’t see that in a lot of hotels. I was very pleased with everything

I liked the staff and cleanliness and welcoming invitation to want to stay.

It was clean as it always has been. The problems with the TV stations was disappointing. While watching hours of the same baseball playoff game, the TV went blank and the station would not again be visible. I missed the ending of the game. We contacted the front desk later that morning and they did move us to another room with a TV that worked on the station we had lost, however there were now different stations that were no longer available on the TV.

Having to move to another room after 3 nights in our original room, this was inconvenient as we had a schedule that we were on and this delayed that schedule. Plus, we were charged a daily fee to park our vehicle.

Breakfast had a great selection. Location was not too far from the fairgrounds.

the air conditioning didn't work everywhere, except in the room. the breakfast and coffee was terrible still. it was run down and going downhill.

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast choices. Staff amazing.

All good. Beds were comfortable, A/C cool, no issues, just they forgot to put pens and also will be more cool if small tooth paste were placed.

The property needs work. The ACunit washeld up by pieces of wood and sheets did not stay on the bed.

The day I arrived, the air conditioning in the lower level of the hotel was not working and it was incredibly hot. It was near 95⁰ that day. The desk clerk was obviously uncomfortable. And the next morning, during breakfast, it was way too hot to eat down there.
