Staff Mr Kamal was annoying and had an frustrating experience pertaining to cleanliness of room , were initially not providing blankets as they merely had bedsheet thats what was confirmed by recotionist lizards and ants wrere there in room , bedsheets werent changed even after request as they missed it and hosting was disappointing

We stayed at the sea view villa with half board incredibly beautiful, clean, loved the balinese style bathroom. To be honest from our no 2 villa you can t see the water so could have rented any other villa with like garden view, they are all beautiful. Around the property feels like a botanical garden, picture perfect, sunloungers with amazing sea view, swing on the beach, showers on every path and small tap to clean the sand off before going inside. The beach itself is small but long, protected by a coral reef, depending on tides we did some snorkeling as well, the view is still worth it. The pool is big and deep, great for swimming. The staff are so nice and helpful, the food we really enjoyed, great cooks. The checkout was at 10 but they gave us facility to shower before we left for evening ferry after spending the rest of the day onbthe island. Right at the gate they rent bicycles for 100 rup per day, there is a mini store just outside the resort as well if you need a 51 rupee can of beer or a good takeaway (Gala) up the road, not too far if tight on the budget. The most famous beach is like 10 mins of cycling away from the resort and is a dream, if you get the ticket at 4.30 you can stay for sunset and all day next day.

We had a dreamy holiday, if there is an improvement i would suggest is regarding the wifi. Ours worked only inside the villa, barely on the porch, and at the reception area, nowhere else, not even the restaurant or on the beach. But we were not bothered since we were here to enjoy and explore the island and its wonders, i could stare at those coconut trees for hours. However, if you really need wifi or your life depends on it i would check with the resort, maybe other rooms have better spots. Also please look after the stray animals, there are not many but they are so loving and sweet, we bought dry food for them every day since we can't turn a blind eye to cats and dogs even when we're on holiday.
