Location at the Shore and close to the town centre. Beautiful gardens. Friendly staff.

We stayed in the “Yellow House” attic apartment and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite having A/C, the room was extremely warm, likely due to poor insulation. The bed was uncomfortable and caused back pain after just a short stay. Cleanliness was also lacking — there was noticeable dust along the edges of the room and under the bed, and the windows were dirty. There were several maintenance issues as well: the bathroom door was difficult to open, parts of the tiled floor were damaged, the toilet leaked at the drain, and the shower frequently caused flooding in the bathroom. Noise was another problem. The apartment is quite poorly soundproofed — we were regularly disturbed by chickens outside and people on the street. Overall, the building feels worn out and in need of a complete renovation. Considering the condition and comfort level, the price-performance ratio is very poor. I would not recommend staying in a Yellow House room.

the view is amazing. The lush vegetation and beautiful flowers create a magical garden—truly a little paradise. This is definitely a big positive.

The chalet could use some renovation, the air conditioning was leaking, and stepping into water in the evening was not very pleasant. The staff: about 90% of them were unfriendly, lack of motivation. Breakfast was very poor, with limited options to choose from. The service was extremely slow
