Amazing

I’ve always stayed at the Westin next to this and loved it and they were sold out so I decided to give this one a shot since it was about the same price. First off, the property is very dated. There was no restaurant on site and no room service so if you like to eat at your hotel, this is not an option for you. The shower every day was lukewarm at best and the toilet leaked. I was there for five days and never had anybody come by for room service and I would have to get in the car and drive to the front desk just to get fresh towels. For the price point, there are better options and I would stay away

Beautiful, huge resort, clean and comfortable room, and very friendly, helpful staff. We loved the private entrance to Legoland, it was an easy walk and only took a couple min. Close to restaurants, Carlsbad outlet, and the beach. We also appreciated that they were not pushy about doing the timeshare presentation. We will stay here every time we go to Legoland.

First of all, I went with my spouse (wife)! Why isn’t Spouse under “Who did you go with”?? Weird! 🫤 Second of all, the front desk staff is out of sync or out of touch with hotel services. For example, there was an issue with the functionality of the large fire pit on 2 successive nights, and I was left flabbergasted at the miscommunication between staff and guests! Instead of sending me a text to see exactly which fire pit I was at, they sent repair workers to the wrong locations on both nights, leaving me to think they were lying to me when they told me help was on its way. Very nice hotel, great rooms. Parking is very much overpriced at 35 Dollar per night. The bad experience i had was 3.30 am they worked on a boiler replacement out side of my room and there was no way to sleep anymore. For a ??hotel in this class this should happen?? . Mentioning this during checkout and the reaction was like " we are sorry" is not what i expect from a hotel like this

I had a very disappointing experience. I am on my second night here as I write this review. I want to preface by saying I have stayed here 5 times over the past 2 years. My first 4 trips were great, but very expensive. I didn't mind paying a good price for a nice resort and nice big room to house my family. This recent trip I was given a room very very far away from the main resort. This secondary arena has NO ELEVATORS and we are on the third floor. I have 2 kids who use strollers so every time you come back to your room you are forced to carry these heavy strollers up and down the stairs muktiple times a day. loading and unloading your car is an absolute nightmare as the parking spots are not close to the rooms. I feel misguided and cheated out of money. I am very upset and will be talking this with management further. my family stays here due to the back entrance to Legoland , in this building they've put us in we can no longer walk to legoland since we are so far away from the rest of the resort. it is the only reason we stay here and even that has been taken from us. the website never said anything about No elevators or potentially being put much further away that what we had become used to. I wont be staying here again without sone free nights. go stay somewhere else. on top of all of that the lady at the front was incredibly rude during the check in process. I won't be back without being compensated for this. I took time off work, spent a lot of money on these rooms, and this resort completely screwed me over. management was nowhere to be found as all this was happening too. terribly run place.

Beautiful saty for the price.

We have stayed at this property before and it never disappoints, even in the winter time!!! They are always making improving to the property and activities. Beautiful rooms & property. Amazing, friendly staff. Keep it up. Thank you so much for a wonderful getaway. 🤙

Marbrisa resort is an excellent place to vacation. So much to really love about it. The rooms are very modern with all the amenities I’ve come to expect at luxury resorts. The full kitchen and dining area make the stay so much better than staying at hotels. We get up at our own time, cook breakfast the way we like it, do bbq in the evening, prepare lunch and snacks for hot tub and pool time which is most of the day. Last night the resort had a special dinner event at the Charthouse. A very discounted four course dinner. All the dishes were excellently prepared. We are fortunate in that the weather this week happens to be really nice. I hate to gloat but while the rest of the US is being blasted by the polar vortex, I’m enjoying the outdoor heated pool and hot tub.
