"A BAD NIGHT'S SLEEP. MUSIC TRAUMA"

The style of interior was elegant and traditional. The drapes , the furniture and lighting . The carpet all very nice . The staff were well manned. The location was ideal for Downtown, especially Bab Al Bahrain.

The nightly Arabic music club played every night. The volume of noise was extremely loud . It began at 9 pm and finished at 02.30am every night. The noise was very clearly loud . The hotel has just 2 floors of rooms and I was on 2nd. I was massively impacted by the extremely loud volume every night. I couldn't get any sleep at all until after it stopped . It made my sleep worse and suffered mentally and physically because of this . I complained 4 times but nothing happened. It ruined my peace and ability to get sleep . Very unhappy and disappointed with lack of support and concern over sleep deprivation and unhappiness through my 6 nights .
