Location was excellent

The room smells of drains terribly and was so overpowering. No natural light and no space at all, was only slightly bigger than the bed, no room to move.

Doors were not very soundproof, Nespresso coffee machine was with weird settings, AC was set to cold only, the weather was cold in June, the room was colder, had to use a 2nd cover. Coffee in the room is weak, only 1 bottle of water and 2 coffee pods for a 3 night stay. No refills and you have to throw your towel on the floor to have it changed.

La situation de l'hotel qui est a proximité à pied de nombreux sites à visiter. La decoration et la propreté. Le petit déjeuner bon et frais.

Défaut d'implantation de la pomme de douche ch507. Très proche de la paroi, la salle de bain est facilement inondée. Difficulté à obtenir de l'eau chaude. La principale lumière de la salle de bains a arrêté de fonctionner. Je l'ai signalé 2 fois sans qu'elle n'ait été réparée. Nous étions un groupe d'amis et avons réservé le même type de chambres au même tarif. Pourtant nous n'avons pas eu les mêmes chambres. La mienne était petite et située sous les toits. Dans ce cas pourquoi payer le même tarif ? Pas de vrai hall. Pas d'espace commun
