The location was amazing. Short walk to market square, wawel castle and the Jewish quarters. Hotel felt safe and was comfortable

A bit of noise from the main street outside at night with trams etc but not an issue

The only good thing about this stay was the view from the window. The scenery was beautiful, but unfortunately the rest of the experience did not meet expectations.

We had a very unpleasant experience during our stay. Drunk men were banging on our door and making noise throughout the night. When we contacted the staff, they told us to call the police or handle the situation ourselves. We felt completely unsafe and unsupported. I would not recommend this hotel to women traveling alone or with friends, as you cannot rely on the staff for assistance and may feel unsafe during your stay.

Ottima posizione e personale molto cortese. Vi è un bar convenzionato per la colazione, davvero ottimo. Camera e arredi un po' vetusti, ma molto ordianti
