The welcome for me is so important! Thank you! Two welcoming and very helpful people on reception. Excellent shuttle service

I was followed by a woman as I chose my food at breakfast!. I assume checking what I chose. Then she never took her eyes off me. Constantly staring!. No smiles like the other staff.
