"Excellent place to stay bit pricey but worth it."

Excellent location with lovely views out to sea, walking distance to village for pubs/restaurants, outdoor pool was not open until May but the kids loved the indoor pool. Excellent breakfast and could accommodate 11 of us on one table.

The location and amenities and how they have looked after the old buildings

The room we had although a sea room was very dated and on our last night we were told as we came down for Dinner - they could not accommodate our dinner request as a chef had gone home

"Relaxing family break"

Location was great, the town and Shanklin Chine and Beach were in close reach by foot. Our room was lovely and the bunk beds are a great design to maximise on floor space. Hot tub was a lovely added touch. Bar and cocktails were great, we could have spent ages in the retro games room and our son loved the play room. There are so many additional features to this hotel that gives a great balance for adults and children. Huge shout-out to Cathy who was wonderful with our 2 year old he absolutely adored her.
