Hotel Desiree

This is one of the most beautiful beaches and most superb resorts on the island. If we didn't live in America, we'd be back every summer, but we hope to be back again in the coming years. Staying in this hotel made the rest of the hotels throughout our trip in Italy seem very lacking, and all along we wished we were back at Hotel Desiree! Everyone showed the utmost competence, kindness, and consideration throughout our stay and we could not have been more happy or comfortable. The deluxe room was superb, clean, spacious and private. We had a balcony overlooking the beach and were only steps from walking out to our own private reserved beach chairs and umbrella. The breakfast was good for an Italian breakfast (mostly sweets and pastries), and the dinner was also good, though we really preferred to venture out for dinner to explore the island. This was the closest to paradise we've ever seen. Highly recommended!

Ett Hotell som hålls i toppskick av en mycket proffsig och engagerad personal. Organisationen i restaurangen vid middagarna är nog det bästa jag sett. Snabbt korrekt och otvunget. Läget vid stranden i en myckat vacker havsvik bjuder på vyer som är svårslagna.

Hotel immerso nella tranquillità, in posizioni ideale per visitare l'isola. Ambiente elegante. Ottimo servizio di ristorazione. Molto buono i servizi della spiaggia. Le camere standard sono un po' piccole.

The staff, food and facilities were all of an excellent standard. The Bathroom in our room was excellent, our room had a nasty smell which mean't that we had to sleep/leave our sliding doors open all day & night.

Too expensive hotel if You compare it to shape, service and atmosphere. We were on our honeymoon and our room was lacking electricity. Funny 'cause it cost "only" 400 euros. We went also to hotels beach to have something to drink, but the bar was closed, it was 7 p.m. and sun was still up. Fortunately the next door hotel called Valle Verde had their bar open and they had exelent service too. If I had to choose from these two, it would be very easy decision. Make sure that You don't make same mistake that we did.

Wunderbarer Ausblick. Das Zimmer bzw. das WC ziemlich klein. Leider bekommt man vom Koridor wegen der alten Holztür alles mit. Ansonsten sehr nette / hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter aber mutmaßlich wegen Saisonende unterbesetzt.

5 Tage ausspannen an bester Lage. Alles sehr sauber, freundliche Bedienung und kompletter Service. Einzig das Internet (W-Lan) muss mit aufwendigen Codes für 6 Std. täglich bezogen werden. Dieses sollte 24h offen sein mit besserem Datendurchsatz.
