Location, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and nice staff!

Location, room and staff.

You could hear the heavy foot steps, stomping and pulling of things on the room above us.

Miejsce dobre na krótki wypad z rodziną . Wszędzie blisko- Na piechotę można było zwiedzić najważniejsze atrakcje w mieście . Bardzo dobre śniadania , „dla każdego coś dobrego „ Obiekt spełnił oczekiwania .

staff were amazing

I had a reservation at Hotel Cappello d’Oro in Bergamo, but shortly before my trip I became seriously ill, with a suspected infectious condition. I informed the hotel in advance and asked only for a reasonable solution, such as changing the dates, a voucher, or partial flexibility. All my requests were refused. The hotel repeatedly stated that the room would remain available, but when I explained that travelling in my condition could be unsafe for staff and other guests, I was later informed that I would not be allowed to stay at the property because of my health condition. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund the money. In my opinion, this was an inhumane, inflexible and deeply disappointing approach. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Θα μπορούσαν να έχουν εξελίξει την τηλεόραση ώστε να έχει υπηρεσίες smart tv για να μπορείς πχ να δεις Netflix.
