Ontbijt prima. Wel moest je af en toe in de rij voor de koffie. Locatie perfect. Precies tussen oude en nieuwe stad zodat je eigenlijk overal dichtbij was. Bedden echt fantastisch en hele hotel heel erg schoon.

Lobby is vrij kil/sfeerloos.

La disponibilità dello Staff nel comprendere la mia esigenza

Pagare 170€ e avere assegnata una delle 2 camere comunicanti mi sembra veramente assurdo per un hotel 4 stelle. Dopo aver manifestato il disservizio lo staff si è subito adoperato per l'assegnazione di un' camera di certo non da 170 euro a notte. Il mio consiglio è quello di rivedere l assegnazione delle camere soprattutto se si paga 170 euro
