Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with great cappichino.

Average hotel in need of an update. Shower screen was of foldable plastic! Not impressed by the breakfast, juice not nice. We were recommended a restaurant where we had had a poor experience previously. Would not stay there again.

I would like to give 5 of 5 but the location, where the hotel is situated, is very loud (crossing and a main street). But they have very good windows, which you can keep shut during your stay. It only takes you 5 minutes per feet to the centre of the city and the hotel itself and the staff and the breakfast is awesome. We've had a good time and want to say "Thank you"!

the location could be good because near the lake and the city center not far from the main tourist attractions, castle, lake shore, and plenty restaurants at a walking distance, but it's on the corner of the 2 very busiest thouroughfares in town, so very much traffic and very much noise. on top of that some rooms ( and that's what we got) have a very small window so you don't have much light and may feel a bit claustrophobic and the point is that they don't mention you'll get such a room with such a tiny window when you book... so i would say it's a good place to stay for one night if you can't find something else!

Sebbene non nuovissimo nell'arredo, l'albergo offre tutto il necessario ed è ubicato in posizione comodissima, a due passi dal centro/porto. Ciò che maggiormente lo contraddistingue è la cortesia e la disponibilità dei gestori/personale, qualità che difficilmente ho trovato così manifesta nelle innumerevoli strutture alberghiere in cui ho soggiornato. Molto buona anche la colazione. Complessivamente un'ottima esperienza.

This is a wonderful hotel - a short walk to the train station and to the center of town. It is smaller and quieter than the hotels right in town - less traffic noise which I appreciate. The staff is friendly and helpful and all speak english. I highly recommend this hotel. Sara, the owner, is super.

This is a family run hotel which is simply delightful! There is free parking, the room was really comfortable and had great facilities. The breakfast was wonderful, a really great range of things on offer and the most amazing coffee! The staff are second to none (We stayed in 11 hotels in Italy on our drive round and the staff here outshone all other hotels by far)! Really lovely, helpful and could not do enough to help us. The lady on reception even gave us a hug goodbye! I hope to go back to lake Garda, just to stay at this hotel – it really was that good!

We stayed here for one night, and we love it! We arrived at the hotel early and asked if we could leave our luggage before checking in. To our surprise, the kind lady let us enter our room early. Therefore, we could enjoy our tour in Lake Garda. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is great. We love it! It's not far if you want to take a walk along the lake.
