L’accueil dans un premier temps, puis le lieu, magique

Les clients qui laissent leurs serviettes sur les transats se croyant chez eux (il n’y avait qu’un couple qui faisait ça)

Struttura molto bella e curata, con vista splendida sul lago. Atmosfera rilassante, camera pulita e personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione per visitare Gardone Riviera e muoversi a piedi.

Es war wirklich ein besonderes Hotel.....und ein besonderer Ort.....um Ruhe zu finden. Alles war perfekt. Ein Hotel bei dem ALLES stimmt. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Posto incantevole Immerso nel verde con una vista incredibile Silenzioso

Le ragazze alla reception sono state gentilissime, così come un cameriere. Purtroppo, invece, le cameriere del ristorante sia a cena che a colazione sono risultate piuttosto scortesi e prepotenti. Peccato perché hanno rovinato l’atmosfera.

Very nice hotel and excellent location for lake garda view from the room.

Unfortunately first day cause of booking.com my room wasn't accommodate well. But hotel team helped me to relocate from second day. Much better booking.com put the correct room and add the room view and balcony please
