Sehr sonnig und etwas zu heiß Am Pool konnte man sich gut abkühlen Leider haben die meisten Geschäfte schon um 20 Uhr geschlossen

Wir hatten einen schönen Bade- und Kultururlaub in einem tollen Umfeld mitten in Sirmione. Wetter war perfekt, Hotel hatte einen Pool, See war badewarm - was will man mehr.

Bra läge, körde bil till hotellet vilket inte var några konstigheter. Hotellet var inte renoverat på många år men var i bra skick.

Excellent stay for the value, little dated, but great service and confort

Fabulous location. Clean, excellent breakfast, well worth it for the budget minded. Rooms are tired and old. But worth the money. We would stay there again. Beds very comfortable. Good size room. The pool was beautiful - nicer in person than in the picture. The staff is a tossup. One young woman was wonderful, went out of her way to help us. The other front desk employees unfriendly, didn't seem to care.

Hotel caratteristico in pieno centro perfetto per lo shopping per i ristoranti e per lo struscio ma anche vicino ai siti di interesse storico e paesaggistico e a due passi dalle terme. Bella piscina sempre al sole. Struttura confortevole ma datata negli arredamenti. Camera pulita e ben esposta con grazioso e spazioso terrazzo. Personale attento e scrupoloso. Buona la prima colazione. Nei giorni di chiusura del traffico veicolare nel centro storico si accede con servizio navetta gratuito con veicolo elettrico.

Great location and helpful staff

What a fantastic hotel in an unbelievable location. The pool was very clean and of a generous size. It is inside an old castle wall so very picturesque. The breakfast was very good. Our favourite part of this stay was the location. Once we had parked at the hotel we didn't need to use the car again. The little train that goes to the Roman Villa is about 10 steps from the front of the hotel. The shops, restaurants, castle and port also are a couple of minutes from the hotel and yet we were right on the peninsula with lake on three sides of us. Although everything is near we also felt a peacefulness with being that end of the peninsula. The staff were helpful. We stayed five nights and there was plenty to do from catching the bus to Verona, ferry trips on the lake, swimming in the lake and the amazing Roman Villa and museum. We didn't get chance to visit the thermal spa but this again is about 20 paces from the hotel.

This hotel doesn't look like it's been updated for decades, but that's not to say it isn't charming! We loved it :) breakfast was great- the regular continental fare, good coffee! The room was spacious and clean & Staff willing to help at all times, the only downside was that the mini bar fridge was broken so we couldn't keep our wine cool :( Hotel broglia is in the perfect location, only a €24 taxi ride from Desenzano station and within the walled village. It is still located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of tourists that flock in by day. My partner and I felt it was good value for the three nights that we stayed :) Would stay there again for sure!
