Hotel Eden

The location is great, and the staff were very helpful. It’s nice that you can swim in the lake right off their dock and they provided floats. There were just a few things that let it down. No shampoo or shower gel in the rooms which we had to chase up a couple of times, ants nest on the decking where we were sat and didn’t realise until they were all over us, and lots of flies at breakfast. Flies seems to be a wider problem in the area but a few bug zappers or covers for breakfast items would be useful. Some items I avoided completely.

They went above and beyond during our stay. We couldn’t recommend them enough. If you are looking for impeccable customer service then stay here. Great location to visit Sirmione and great views of the lake.

Very pleasant stay, convenient location for Lake boats. Staff were exceedingly helpful, especially Grazia who went out of her way to help us find a very good winery tour and tasting. Highly recommended

The hotel located 100 meters passed the castle arch, which is very convenient if you are driving. The views and the location is 5* with enclosed and open terraces facing the lake. Walk-out to the restaurants and promenades to with the historical buildings hosted boutique shops. Lobby, rooms and facilities are clean and cozy. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Great hotel. Please stay with them
