Absolutely amazing hotel, staff are all such lovely people who couldn’t do more for you. They gave us great recommendations for places to go and restaurants. The bar was closed one eve but the lovely lady on reception still happily made us drinks. We were made to feel so special during our whole stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room was kept perfect and turned down each evening. Breakfast was perfect, coffee was delicious and always a lovely selection of foods including smoked salmon, cheeses, meats, croissants, & fresh fruit. The location was perfect for restaurants and right next to the square. We enjoyed laying on the sun terrace watching the water taxi boats coming and going. We loved jumping into the lake for a dip as it was 38degrees, it was absolute heaven. Cannot thank all the staff enough for making my 30th Birthday celebrations so special. Will never forget and hope to return in the future. :-)

This hotel was great! The rooms are very clean and the view of the lake is awesome. It is in a great spot that is walkable to everything- the only negative is that the lake ferry picks up passengers at a dock very close by which can be loud sometimes. The hotel terrace is a great amenity. The staff here was overall very friendly, but Christiano was the most helpful. He was always willing to give an explanation or recommendation to us about things to do in the area and how much time we could or should spend on each activity. He was very polite and professional as well. I wish every hotel had a Christiano!

Excellent location and very friendly staff. View and terrace unbeatable

Sirmione is a very busy, bustling touristy town, walking through the streets was nerve racking with cars edging past and throngs of people. The hotel was perfectly adequate but the room was very basic, the reception area is very modern. The cold spread at breakfast was super, the hot selection was always the same, scrambled eggs,hot dog sausages & "bacon". Coffee was good, fruit juice very poor. Service at breakfast was excellent, fast & cheerful.
