"Definitely recommend"

The location- right on the lake edge. The hotel was spotlessly clean and room was very spacious. Staff at reception ( especially Sylvia) was so friendly and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping staff also lovely.

The dining and bar staff were not so happy or helpful
