Excellent stay at this beautiful hotel On arrival we were offered help with our bags. Normally I don’t bother but as we had a large heavy suitcase and bike box I agreed. A very friendly concierge helped us with our luggage to our room The room was junior suite and was very comfortable Use of robes and slippers were available which are great when using the hotels spa facilities. If you use the pool however you need to wear swimming caps but you are able to purchase them from reception at 3€. The pool was beautiful Large sized, warm with amazing views of mountains. Large slide doors which opened to allow you out on loungers to sun bathe The sauna, steam room downstairs was great however the jacuzzi jets seemed to lack a bit of power. There was a good selection at breakfast and I’m being picky but could have had more healthy cereal choices, oats, sugar free muesli There was a large selection of cakes which is a treat but not what I want every morning The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if only for the spa facilities

Ottima la zona wellness, grande piscina con acqua calda, ottimo idromassaggio; colazione abbondantissima e di qualità. Camera molto grande. Cura del cliente e gentilezza.

Alcuni arredi un po’ datati

Schönes Hotel, wir hatten ein noch nicht renoviertes jedoch schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und hat keine wünsche offen gelassen. Besonders gut hat uns der überwachte Fahrradkeller mit Montageständer, 3 Fahrradpumpen gefallen. Ganz besonderes Highlight ist der Indoor Fahrrad Waschplatz wo man nach einer Tour das Fahrrad wieder bereit für den nächsten Tag machen kann. Gute Lage mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel.

Wlan Empfang war in unserem Zimmer schlecht, liegt wahrscheinlich daran dass wir ein "Eckzimmer" hatten, dies war für uns aber kein Problem da wir dieses nicht zwingend benötigten.

Staff were occasionally friendly, breakfast was good.

I’m not sure the 4 stars can be applied to the room. It was dated, very small bathrooms, old wood on the balcony with no privacy from neighbours. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and complimentary water available (what would reasonably be expected for 4 stars).

Personale disponibile e gentilissimo. Camere pulite, ben arredate e spaziose. Area relax con piano bar e biliardo, piscina molto bella e SPA con tutto il necessario. Area rimessaggio bici super utile con tanto di area lavaggio e accessori per manutenzione di base. Siamo stati per un weekend estivo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Speriamo di ritornare!

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, faccio un appunto alla colazione. Il buffet è completo veramente di tutto ed è fantastico, ma per quanto riguarda caffè e cappuccini il tutto è demandato a macchina automatica, che in caso di problemi o affollamento della sala crea inevitabili 'code'; visto lo standard dell'hotel avrei preferito che la parte caffetteria fosse servita al tavolo tramite il personale di sala che è veramente impeccabile!
