perfect location to town centre, skibus or supermarket, cleanliness, very helpful and friendly hosts, garage (perfect in winter)

missing minibar (fridge), electricity sockets need adaptor for some 3 pin plugs

Very clean, with lovely towels and a good shower. The hotel is in a great location oth for walking and catching the ski bus

The staff were lovely

The walls were SO thin I could hear everyone’s conversations etc in the next room! Toilets flushing, coughing snoring! I could hear everything. Breakfast was ordinary. Nothing for people with food intolerance.

The family run Villa Neve was charming and rustic with very gracious hosts. Very helpful at every turn and generous in their service to guests.

A bit pricey for the facilities

A warm and friendly welcome, with a quiet, comfortable and very clean room. One large bed and not two single beds which was great!! The room was simple but Wi fi signal is strong, parking is easy and there is an elevator. Good location for walking to restaurants and the pedestrian mall. Breakfast was very good. A good choice for a one night stay.

Staff were friendly and happy to help out with directions and recommendations for places to eat and rent ski equipment. Tasty breakfast with lots of options. Free parking next to the hotel. Interior a little dated but room was clean.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hosts are incredibly kind, there is a good selection of breakfast items, and the location is wonderful.

The rooms are smoking with thin walls, so if your neighbor smokes, be prepared for your room to smell of smoke as well. My neighbor snored and it kept me up all night. Would still stay again though because the price is on point for what you get.
