There is an urgent need for renovation. I got locked in my room in the morning just before my flight because the lock got stuck. I was unable to contact the reception by phone because the line was not working, so I ended up banging on the door and shouting for someone to unlock it for me. This incident ruined my entire stay, which is why I am mentioning it and giving this rating. The room was not properly cleaned, the shampoo had run out, and the shared restrooms near the reception also need renovation. The hotel is presented as a 4-star property, but at the moment it certainly does not meet the standards. I have never had such a stressful stay in my life, and I travel across Europe almost every month.
