The pool was nice.

The pool staff seemed bothered when I asked for help. Not many food options at the pool. At the reception desk I was speaking English and the receptionist said “I can’t understand that one because she said I spoke so fast” in Italian. This was rude if she didn’t understand me just say slow down. Very unprofessional and rude.

Everything was great! Hotel provides top-service, especially staff. Outdoor pools and area - amazing. SPA - top.

It's a bit old. The style could be renewed, and some freshness to the interior need to be added.

Went for 2 days R & R. Nice hotel in the middle of Abano Terme, convenient for walking into town and many restaurants. There is dining at the hotel, but did not use this so cannot comment. We had massage treatments which were excellent and the warm thermal pools were relaxing. The main pool however, does need a little restoration. The other pools were lovely. We had good weather and the outside areas were clean, with plenty of sun beds.All in all, a great place to spend some time and treat yourself!

Many dining options in walking distance. Plenty of parking space. Clean room and amenities!

This was my second time staying in Bristol Buja hotel. The hotel did not get maintained or updated for a very long time. It is surprising that it ha a 5 star rating. The quality of food went down the hill as well. There were big flies sitting on the food at the buffet area.

I did not feel that it has a good value for the money spent. I received a body massage, and the quality of service was just the worst you could imagine. The masseur used only one hand for doing the massage.

Cama y almohadas muy incomodas, aire acondicionado ruidoso, techo ennegrecido por los años sin pintar, moqueta manchada y paredes sucias debajo de las viejas ventanas. Para una suite en un hotel que se dice de cinco estrellas, echamos de menos una cafetera en la habitación, mas variedad en el minibar, servicio a habitaciones H24 y un televisor en la habitación, solo había uno pequeño en el salón.
