"Perfect, wish we could have stayed longer."

We really liked the proximity to the ferry, the short walk to the private beach for a swim ( beach towels provided), the beautiful garden area, the lovely helpful staff, clean cool rooms with comfy beds. This hotel has lots of character and we were made feel very welcome.

Les personnels adorables, le jardin adorable, 2 pas de plage ! tout est parfait !! 8min à pieds de port Lido. un café/bar , un restaurent à coté !

s'il faut trouver un point à améliorer, c'est peut être le seche cheveux pas très puissant. mais rien de grave :)

Villa surrounded by lush gardens on a quiet canal side street a few minutes walk to the Lido's lively center. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Room was great (in my case surprisingly) with a balcony overlooking the gardens. The perfect refuge from the crowds scurrying around Venice.
