Everything. The room was super spacious and clean. Air-con was functioning well and hot water was on point. The best thing is the staff. I was there for the Ironman weekend and they made me feel so at ease and tried to accommodate my odd requests for race day breakfast. They even slipped in an encouragement note under my door on the evening before race day. I would come back even if it wasn't for the race. It is also located right by swim exit.

We had a wonderful time during our vacation. The hotel's prime location and amenities made us feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. The breakfast was delicious, parking was convenient, and the beachside sunbeds were the perfect touch. The staff was exceptionally friendly, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

The WiFi connection in our room was unreliable, making it impossible to watch movies due to the poor connection quality. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, however, the toilet near the pool requires more attention.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Great location and good breakfast. The rooftop bar is amazing.

The key could be changed to keycard. The shower is a bit small.

Pros: Location, close proximity to restaurants and shops, sea view, pretty clean. 

Cons:  It’s sadly not a 4 star hotel by any means. The hotel room doors open with a key, not a card, I haven’t seen this in forever. The furniture is completely outdated. Carpets on the floor of the hotel rooms which I find wildly unsanitary. Elevators from the 1900s, the bathroom looks like a motel’s bathroom and if you’re a bigger built you literally couldn’t fit in the shower. The walls are paper thin, you could hear absolutely everything from the other rooms, I slept with noise canceling AirPods for 4 nights, the people staying next to us kept yelling at each other until 1 AM every night. The doors to the balcony are not blocking any sounds from outside. A lot of screaming children everywhere at all hours, pet friendly so dogs barking at random hours.  Parking is random, either you’re lucky to find a parking spot or you’re not. After reading so many positive reviews I'm convinced that the people who wrote them don't usually stay at 4 or 5 star hotels because you literally cannot compare this hotel with your usual 4 star hotel. Disappointing either way.

The staff of the hotel is amazing. I think, I didn't see staff with this energy and nice mood. For sure I'll come back next year. Hotel was all time clear, our room too. Sunbeds around the pool was very comfortable. Promenade is near, location is top.
