Поздний заезд. Заезжали в 00:00. Внизу ресторан, работает до 00:00, и нас любезно подождали. Расположение отеля - в одном из самых оживленных мест города, где с наступлением темноты жизнь кипит.

1)Непонятности с парковкой. Выбрали отель из-за наличия собственной бесплатной парковки. По приезду нам предложили припарковать машину где-то на улице - паркоместа обозначенные синей разметкой до 8 утра бесплатны - пройдитесь по улице, поищите - припаркуйте так. Когда прям показала пальцем,что у них на сайте написано о бесплатной парковке, и я её запросила, перепроверили в брони, и дали ключ от парковки в 3х мин ходьбы ( общая парковочная площадка нескольких отелей). 2) завтрак Когда бронировала, была уверена,что с завтраком. При заезде,сообщили, что да - завтрак с 8 до 10. В 10 утра сообщили,что у нас забронирован только номер, а за завтрак взяли по 15 евро с взрослых и 10 евро с 4х летнего ребенка. По сути, их завтрак этих денег не стоит ( даже половины). 3) мебель, напольное покрытие в номере - очень старые.

Camera singola improponibile… paragonabile al rifugio di un latitante… stato di mantenimento, dimensioni ed arredo totalmente inaccettabili. Costo della stanza totalmente ingiustificato.
