We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Verona and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. A special thank you to Giovanna at the reception, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her service truly made a difference in our experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also a big highlight — close to everything, making it easy to explore Verona on foot. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und auch vegane Croissants, Joghurt und Kaffee mit Soyamilch waren erhältlich. Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hat mehrere Fenster zum lüften oder offenlassen über Nacht. Sehr sauber!

Das Zusatzbett war unbequem da man die Metallfederung spürte. Wir lösten das Problem mit Frotteetüchern auf der Matratze zum schlafen. Die Kissen waren zu voluminös und unachgiebig für unser Empfinden.Der Wellnessbereich ist für 35 Euro pro Person und 2 Stunden Aufenthalt zu teuer.
