Excelente ubicación y trato del personal de recepción. Muy limpio y buena calidad de colchón y sábanas, decoración agradable.

El mobiliario de la habitación en cuanto a sillas o sillón escaso. El espacio del bar y las opciones de desayuno si no quieres buffet necesitan mejora. Si no fuera por esto, sería un 10.

Ótima localização, próximo à muralha e 500 metros da Piazza Centrale. O atendimento do frontdesk é excelente, assim como o café da manhã, um dos pontos altos do hotel. Foi uma escolha muito acertada, com custo benefício bom, proximidade ao centro histórico de Verona. Há 50 m do hotel há uma pizzaria frequentada tipicamente por locais, excelente, Pizzeria Leon Dóro. Ótima escolha para famílias.

Não houve qq ponto negativo.

Der Spa Bereich und das Frühstück und das Personal, sehr freundlich!

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, extrem hellhörig. Ich konnte jedes Wort verstehen, das auf dem Flur gesprochen wurde, selbst den Aufzugton. Ich hätte mir gerne einen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsbereich gewünscht bei einem so kleinen Zimmer. Die Lounge war nicht so gemütlich/warm.
